- Having seen the constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia
- Having seen the royal decree No ns¼rkt¼0704/124 dated on 15 July 2006 concerning the formation of the Royal Government of Cambodia
- Having seen the royal decree No ns¼rkt¼0306/122 dated on 22 March 2006 concerning the reshuffle of members of the Royal Government of Cambodia
- Having seen the royal decree No ns¼0196/08 dated on 24 January 1996 on promulgation of law concerning the creation of the Ministry of Interior
- Having seen the royal decree No Cs¼rkm¼1197/07 dated on 18 November 1997 on promulgation of political party law
- Having seen sub-decree No 16 G>n>Rk dated on 20 December 1993 concerning the organization of the Ministry of Interior
- Following the request of Mr. KHEM Veasna , President of the League for Democracy Party, acronym L.D.P, dated on 2 June 2006

To officially register the League for Democracy Party which has its headquarters No 30, Street No 608, Sangkat Boeungkak 2, Khan Tuolkork, Phnom Penh.

Article2:

Permanent Secretary, Director General of Administration, General Commissioner of National Police, Inspector General of Politic Administration and Police Affairs and the League for Democracy Party have to implement this PRAKAS from the date of this signature.
